Policies
Newcastle City & Suburban Cricket Association Inc. (NCSCA) is committed to fostering an environment that is devoid of abuse, harassment, bullying, or any other form of misconduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, particularly children and young individuals. Upholding this ethos, NCSCA maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child abuse and neglect, advocating strongly for children's rights to engage in cricket within environments that are safe, positive, and enjoyable, where they are treated with respect and value.
Central to this commitment is the implementation of the Child Safe Policy by NCSCA which sets forth minimum standards aimed at cultivating a culture of child safety within the organisation. The Policy provides comprehensive guidance on processes and procedures designed to safeguard the welfare of children across all aspects of the association's activities.
NCSCA remains steadfast in its dedication to prioritising child safety and protection, both presently and into the future, recognising it as an essential cornerstone of fostering a positive and inclusive sporting environment for all.
